Camp Fire USA strives to be a contemporary, inclusive coeducational youth development agency providing programs for children and youth that develop personal life skills, social responsibility, healthy life-styles and leadership.

We value children and youth and recognize them as contributors to society by honoring their journey from birth to adulthood; fostering their development from dependence, to independence, to interdependence; and recognize and support the roles of family and community in the youth development process.

Camp Fire translates its values into action through volunteer development, group experiences, mentoring relationship, youth decision making, embracing diverse populations, community collaborations and partnerships, advocacy, experiential learning, self-reflection and fun.
